Angela and Matt’s Sydney wedding day began with laughter and excitement as Angela and her bridesmaids got ready in the heart of North Sydney. As a Sydney based Asian wedding makeup artist studio, Amy Chan and her team began the morning early, allowing ample time for a relaxed preparation, final touch ups and breakfast before the celebrations officially began.

Starting early created a calm and enjoyable atmosphere, giving the bridal party space to ease into the day without feeling rushed. These quiet moments are an important part of our work, as they allow brides to feel supported, comfortable and present from the very beginning of their wedding day.

Following the civil church ceremony, which was filled with emotion and a few happy tears, Angela and Matt made their way to one of Sydney’s most iconic locations, Centennial Parklands, for their wedding photography. Surrounded by open green spaces and natural light, Angela’s bridal makeup was designed to look soft, polished and timeless in photographs.

The celebrations continued with the wedding reception at Centennial Parklands Dining, a rustic venue that perfectly complemented the relaxed elegance of the day.
