How long will it take on the wedding day?

  • As a rough guideline, we recommend you allow 2 hours for the bride (hair and makeup) and 1 hour per person (hair and makeup) for everyone else, this timing includes buffer time. After your bridal trial, we'll be able to send you a personalised timetable for you to distribute to your bridal party so there will be no last minute rush on your big day. 

Do you offer trials? How does this all work? 

  • Yes! Trials are available 7 days a week with our Principal Stylist and Senior Stylists (subject to each stylist's availability). Due to our busy schedules especially on weekends, we recommend you book one in roughly 2 -3 months in advance to ensure we can match your preferred date as close as possible.

  • You have the option of either securing your booking with us first and have your bridal trial later,  or trial with us before you commit.   

  • As much as we like to help everyone, we have a first come first serve policy where your wedding date booking is only secured if you put down a non refundable deposit. If you have booked a trial but your wedding day is no longer available, we will gladly refund the trial deposit fee you have paid if you are yet to have your trial. Trial deposit is non refundable if you change your mind. 

  • We always recommend you have your trial on the same day as your pre wedding photo shoot so you get the most out of your makeover. Please allow around 2.5 hours for this session with our Principal Stylist, and 3.5 hours with our Senior Stylists.  

Can I have a trial first before I secure a booking with you? 

  • Yes of course! We always want to make sure our brides are 100% comfortable with their decisions so trialling with us before or after booking is not an issue.

  • But please note due to the high volume of bookings we receive each day, we are unable to hold dates for anyone even if you have booked a trial with us as we work on a first come first serve policy. If your wedding date gets booked out and you have booked a trial with us, we will refund the amount back to you if you haven't already had your trial.

I'm not sure how many people I want for hair and makeup, can I book now and confirm later?

  • We recommend you secure the minimum services you will require for your special day if you have guests who are still yet to confirm our services. Once confirmed, you are always welcome to upgrade but unable to downgrade your package.

Do you supply any hair accessories, hair extensions and hair padding?

  • Due to hygiene reasons, hair accessories, hair extensions and hair padding are not available for hire, but you can purchase your new set through us. 

I want to book, what should I do next? 

  • Email our friendly team to confirm we are still available on your wedding day at the time you require. Once this is confirmed,  you can simply follow the prompts in email link we sent you, ensure you check all your booking details and submit your booking request online.
