How long will hair and makeup take on the wedding day?
As a rough guideline, we recommend you to allow 2-2.5 hours for the bride if you've had a trial with us (hair and makeup) and 1.5 hours per person (hair and makeup) for everyone else, this timing includes buffer time.
After your bridal trial, we'll be able to send you a personalised timetable for you to distribute to your bridal party so there will be no last minute rush on your wedding day.
Do you offer bridal trials? How does this all work?
Yes absolutely! Bridal trials are available Mondays to Thursdays (all trials dates are subject to each stylist's availability). Due to our busy schedules with weddings and other campaigns, we recommend you book this in at least 3 months in advance to ensure we're able to match your preferred date as close as possible.
Your Hair and Makeup trial will take approximately:
Principal Stylist: 2.5 - 3 hours
Senior Stylist: 3.5 - 4 hours
Can you hold my wedding date until I decide what I want to do?
As much as we like to help everyone, we have a first come first serve policy where your wedding day booking is only secured if you put down a non refundable booking fee. This is to ensure every bride has an equal chance to book their big day with us. If you have booked a trial but your wedding day is no longer available, we will gladly refund the trial booking fee you have paid if you are yet to have your trial. Trial fee is non refundable if you change your mind.
Do you provide a mobile hair and makeup service on the wedding day?
Yes of course! On your wedding day your Bridal Hair and Makeup will be done in the comfort of your own home, or your hotel if you choose to pamper yourself.
Can I have a trial first before I secure my booking with you?
Yes of course! We always want to make sure our brides are 100% comfortable with their decisions so trialling with us before or after booking is not an issue.
But please note due to the high volume of bookings we receive each day, we are unable to hold dates for anyone even if you have booked a trial with us as we work on a first come first serve policy. If your wedding date gets booked out and you have booked a trial with us, we will refund the amount back to you if you haven't already had your trial.
Do you have any hair accessories and hair extensions?
We have a huge range of bespoke bridal hair accessories and hair extensions for you to choose from. They're available for hire, or you can purchase a new set through us if you prefer to have it brand new for your wedding day. We will go through each option with you at your bridal hair and makeup trial and give you suggestions on what will be best for you.
Do I need to prepare anything leading up to the wedding?
You'll receive a comprehensive guide to prepare everything for your wedding day once you've booked your wedding day with us. This guide includes recommendations from skin, hair, your diet to what to wear to your bridal trial and wedding day and will be sent out to you closer to your special day.
I want to book, what should I do next?
We've made your booking process with us as easy as possible by doing everything online. Email our friendly team to confirm we are still available on your wedding day at the time you require.
Once this is confirmed, you can simply follow the prompts in the email link we sent you to proceed with your booking. Please ensure you check all your booking details so we can make sure everything is as per your request from the start.
