FINAL SALE POLICY
As each hair accessory is a personal item, all purchases are considered final sale. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended, returned or exchanged.
Our collection is handcrafted to order, and for hygiene and handling reasons, returns for change of mind are not available. We kindly encourage you to select thoughtfully and reach out to our team before purchasing if you would like assistance in finding the perfect piece for your look.
CRAFTMANSHIP ASSURANCE
Each order is carefully inspected prior to dispatch. In the rare event that your accessory arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within seven days of delivery at info@amychan.net with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Our team will assess your case promptly and offer an appropriate resolution in line with our quality standards. Your satisfaction and confidence in our craftsmanship remain our highest priority.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Free standard shipping for all orders over $70AUD
Within Australia - Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 days after dispatch ($8 AUD)
Within Australia - Express Shipping: 2 to 3 days after dispatch ($15 AUD)
Each piece is packaged with meticulous care to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
Once your accessory leaves our Sydney studio, it is entrusted to our delivery partner for final transport. You will receive a tracking link via email upon dispatch so you can monitor its progress.
DELIVERY & SAFE DROP
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the driver will leave your parcel in a safe location at the address provided at checkout.
Once an order's tracking status is confirmed as 'Delivered' (including items left in a safe place), delivery is considered complete and responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient.
TRANSIT DELAYS & MISSING PARCELS
We take every care to ensure your order is dispatched promptly, but final transport is managed directly by our courier partners. While unexpected carrier delays or transit issues fall outside our direct operational control, we are committed to keeping you supported throughout the process.
