I’m not sure how many people need hair and makeup, can I book and confirm later?

Yes of course! We recommend you secure the definite numbers of hair and makeup you will require for your special day, if you have guests who are still yet to confirm our services then exclude them for now. Once confirmed, you are always welcome to upgrade/add to the services you require. Please let us know as soon as that happens so we can make sure we've got enough time for the additional guests.

Can I book a trial first before deciding to book my wedding day with you?

Yes! But keep in mind that we are unable to hold dates for anyone even if you have booked a trial with us, as we work on a first come first served policy.

How long does your makeup last? Do I really need a touch up?

We use high quality professional grade makeup that has proven to stand the test of time and hot days, but of course this will also depend on the type of skin you have and weather condition on the day (eg. if it rains heavily and your hair got quite wet). Most clients love a change of hairstyle and/or makeup so they look quite different for their first entrance as husband and wife. But if you have a budget you must stick to, we have other cheaper add on options that you can consider.

As each hair accessory is a personal item, all purchases are considered final sale. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended, returned or exchanged.

CRAFTMANSHIP ASSURANCE

Each order is carefully inspected prior to dispatch. In the rare event that your accessory arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within seven days of delivery at info@amychan.net with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Our team will assess your case promptly and offer an appropriate resolution in line with our quality standards. Your satisfaction and confidence in our craftsmanship remain our highest priority.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Free standard shipping for all orders over $70AUD

Within Australia - Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 days after dispatch ($8 AUD)
Within Australia - Express Shipping: 2 to 3 days after dispatch ($15 AUD)

Once your accessory leaves our Sydney studio, it is entrusted to our selected courier for final delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email when your parcel is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Please note that once a shipment is in transit, it is under the care of the courier. We are unable to accelerate delivery, redirect the parcel or assume responsibility for any delays or damage that may occur during transit.

Each piece is packaged with meticulous care to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Should your item arrive damaged during shipping, please contact us within seven days of delivery with photographs of the outer packaging and the item itself. We will gladly assist in resolving the matter with the courier or insurer.
